• Payment details are handled by our payment processor — card numbers never touch our servers
• Session cookies to keep you signed in — no third-party ad trackers, ever

What creators see

Creators you support or follow can see your name and email in their supporter list — that list is part of how Hearthside keeps creators independent. They never see your payment details or your activity with other creators.

What we never do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't train AI on your content.

Deletion

Close your account and we delete your personal data within 30 days, keeping only what tax and payment law requires us to retain.
