Demo preview: Hearthside is not yet operated by a registered company. All payments on this site are simulated for demonstration — no money is charged, moved, or owed, and no commercial service is being offered.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 to use Hearthside, and 18 to publish or view Mature-flagged content. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content stays yours

Creators keep all rights to their work. By posting, you grant Hearthside only the license needed to host, encode, and deliver it to the audience you choose. Delete your content and that license ends. Your supporter list is yours too — you can export it at any time.

Fees

Hearthside charges creators a flat 5% of membership and tip revenue, plus payment processing costs. That's the whole fee. If it ever changes, existing creators get at least 90 days' notice.

Content rules

The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. Content that violates them may be removed and accounts suspended. We'll always tell you what happened and why.

Memberships and refunds

Memberships bill monthly on your join date and can be canceled anytime — access lasts through the period you've paid for. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of fraud.

Termination and disputes

You can close your account whenever you like. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. Hearthside is provided "as is" — to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the past 12 months.
